If you don’t know whether or not to commit to monthly coaching, I offer a one-time, face-to-face meeting, providing detailed advice to help you tackle your race season. This includes discussion of goals, race calendar, training strategy, and recommendations to improve your results.

Each program is tailor-made with your individual fitness, health requirements, and time constraints in mind, crafted to help you reach your athletic goals. Whether you are a serious enthusiast cyclist or you pin on a number and race every weekend; time efficient and highly effective data focused programs are designed to improve your power, speed, strength, and overall cycling performance.

Premium Coaching - $250/month

Custom cycling training plans by HR, RPE or Power
Lab testing analysis
Monthly power based fitness testing
Race calendar planning
Training log review, analysis and feedback
One-on-one meetings monthly
Unlimited phone/text/email
Pre/post race discussion and analysis
Equipment set-up advice
One free coach-led ride per month
On and Off season plans, including off the bike training

Standard Coaching - $150/month

Private Instruction - $100/2 hr session

Customized instruction covering any topic. My personal favorites are on-the-bike/on-the-road training and skills sessions. This allows me to see you up-close and personal when you're at your best.....or worst!
